- ABS on every bike - anti-lock brakes as standard, so a hard stop on a wet road won't lock the front wheel.
- Two helmets - so you can take someone with you from day one.

03 · Good to know
- Rental length
- Weekly and monthly rentals. Staying longer? Just tell us and we'll sort it out.
- Licence (required)
- You must hold a licence that lets you legally ride a motorbike in Thailand: either a Thai motorcycle licence, or an international driving permit that Thai law accepts for motorbikes. This one isn't negotiable - we can't rent to you without it.
- Deposit
- A deposit is required on every rental, and it comes back to you at the end of it. Message us with your dates and we'll confirm the amount before you commit to anything.
- Delivery area
- Anywhere in Chiang Mai - Nimman, the Old City, Santitham, Hang Dong and everywhere in between.

Every scooter is a recent model that's kept genuinely clean and serviced on schedule - not a tired rental that's been thrashed for five years and passed along.
Pricing is fair and it stays fair. You get a straight number up front, everything included, and nobody springs a "cleaning fee" on you at the end.
And you'll always be dealing with someone who speaks English and replies quickly - which, when your bike has a flat on a Sunday, turns out to matter more than anything else.

- Do I need a licence?
- Yes, and there's no way round it. Either a Thai motorcycle licence, or an international driving permit that Thai law accepts for motorbikes.
- Do you deliver the bike?
- Free delivery and pickup anywhere in Chiang Mai. Tell us where you're staying and a time that suits you, and we'll bring it over.
- How long can I rent for?
- Weekly or monthly, nothing shorter. Staying a while? A monthly rate works out cheaper than four weeks.
- Can I extend my rental?
- Yes. Message us before your rental runs out and we'll extend it - no need to hand anything back and start again.
- What if the bike breaks down?
- Message us and we'll deal with it. If it can't be sorted on the spot you get a backup bike, and servicing is on us either way.
- What if I damage the bike?
- Accidents happen, and we keep it fair. Repairs come out of your deposit at what they actually cost - no mark-up, no penalty fees - and if a repair costs more than the deposit, you cover the difference. We don't go hunting for scratches either: small marks from everyday riding are normal wear and cost you nothing.
- Is there a deposit?
- Yes, on every rental. We confirm the amount with you before you book, and you get it back at the end of the rental.
- Is insurance included?
- Basic insurance is included in the price.
- Is fuel included?
- No - fuel is on you. Helmets, delivery and pickup, and servicing are all covered by the rental price.
- What do I need to bring?
- Your licence and an ID document. We check the licence, take a copy of your ID or passport, and hand both straight back - we never hold your documents. There's a rental contract to sign as well, so the terms are written down for both of us.
- Do you have bikes with a rear box?
- Yes, but not every bike has one fitted. If you'd like a rear box, just let us know when you book.
- Can I book a bike weeks in advance?
- Yes. Message us with your dates and we'll explain how it works. If you're booking a short rental a long way ahead, a small booking fee may apply.

Before you message: you'll need a licence valid for riding a motorbike in Thailand, and every rental takes a deposit - returned at the end, and we'll tell you the amount before you book.
